Our Microbiome Determines balanced health

Collaborative development of “Mogurt” symbiotic beverage

In collaboration with Dankook Univ. Hospital’s Prof. Young Goo gi and Coenbio, we developed a synbiotic beverage containing prebiotics and probiotics derived from kimchi. 


Consumption of this beverage was shown to alter microbiome activity and reduve blood AST levels.
